Overview
We seek a results-driven HVAC Parts & Equipment Sales to join our team in Orange, CA. In this role, you will drive sales of HVAC parts and equipment, build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry professionals, and provide expert product recommendations. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC parts and equipment.
- Provide product education, technical support, and pricing information to customers.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-ups on sales inquiries.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry (parts, equipment, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working for an HVAC manufacturer or distributor.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Technical HVAC certifications or training.
Location & Work Environment
- Based in Orange, CA, with local travel to meet clients as needed.
- Office and field-based role, interacting with customers both in person and remotely.
