Privacy Policy

This policy is published by Gulfstream Strategic Placements and covers gulfstreamsp.com. It describes what our forms collect and what we do with it.

Optional Google Ads measurement

Advertising permission is separate from analytics and is off until you opt in, wherever you visit from. If you accept, Google Ads receives cookies, browser/device information, ad-click information and a completed employer inquiry event to measure and optimize our recruiting ads. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, resumes or form answers with that event, and do not enable customer matching. Your browser keeps a dated, versioned record of your advertising choices, including withdrawals. Change or withdraw permission at any time in Cookie settings; withdrawal stops future advertising events but cannot recall events already sent. Declining does not affect submitting a job order.

What our forms collect

• Job application: name, email address, phone number if you give one, the job you are applying to, and your resume.
• Job alerts and rate-sheet alerts: name, email address, the areas or locals you want to hear about, and phone number if you give one.
• Contact and client request: name, email address, phone number, and your message.

We also keep a record of whether you accepted or declined our cookie and analytics prompt, so we can respect that choice on later visits.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not send a candidate's resume or contact details to an employer without that candidate's permission.
• We do not name the employer we are hiring for in job postings or in outreach.

Removing your information

Email hello@gulfstreamsp.com and we will delete your information. Tell us which email address you applied or signed up with so we can find the right record.
