San Diego hiring runs on life science, healthcare, defense, and mission-critical work. Gulfstream recruits for the mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, and controls contractors serving those sectors, from Sorrento Valley and UTC to Chula Vista and the East County. Much of this market is agreement-driven maintenance, so service roles lead our county book. We fill mechanical and plumbing contractor jobs in San Diego: project managers, project engineers, superintendents, foremen, estimators and VDC staff, screened on the project types, contract sizes and scopes they have actually run.
We screen for buyout, schedule and cost control, submittals, change orders and GC coordination, plus the software your team runs, such as Procore or Trimble estimating.
Our San Diego recruiter page tracks our live searches, the roles we fill and published local union rates for the market. The jobs board lists current openings candidates can apply to directly.
