Hiring for SMART Local 66 contractors

Sheet Metal Workers · Seattle, WA

We recruit for signatory mechanical contractors — the salaried and union-covered leaders who run the work: project managers, superintendents, general foremen, service managers, estimators and VDC detailers.

Roles we fill

• Project Manager
• Superintendent
• General Foreman
• Service Manager
• Estimator
• Detailer / VDC

What we don't do

We place direct hires on your payroll. We don't dispatch crews or replace the hall's referral process — journeyman and apprentice manpower still goes through SMART Local 66.

Gulfstream Strategic Placements is an independent recruiting firm and does not speak for any union. Your company name stays confidential in every posting.

Submit a union job order

For signatory contractors. Tell us the role and market; a recruiter follows up to scope the search. Use the confidential job-order form on this page.
