A Philadelphia contractor search needs more than a matching job title. Tell us whether the work involves chiller service, chilled-water piping, DDC/BACnet controls, estimating, project management or VDC/BIM coordination, along with the required experience, schedule and travel. We talk with candidates before presenting them and provide a written summary to support your hiring decision.
If you searched “HVAC recruiter near me” in Philadelphia, our staffed office is in Corona, California, and we recruit nationwide; this page does not represent a separate Philadelphia office. Your company name stays confidential in public job descriptions. Searches are direct-hire contractor roles, not union hall dispatch; union-signatory and merit-shop contractors can both submit a job order.
For healthcare, life science and university work, define the actual assignment before selecting a candidate. Include the city or Pennsylvania-suburb work location, laboratory requirements and shutdown coordination. These are search scoping topics, not a list of current projects or vacancies.
Hiring a service technician, chiller specialist or controls programmer? Specify the equipment, refrigerants, hydronic systems and DDC/BACnet responsibilities involved. Separate troubleshooting and ongoing service from installation, startup and commissioning; identify required certifications rather than assuming they apply to every role.
For PMs, estimators, superintendents and BIM/VDC staff, describe the HVAC, plumbing or piping scope, project delivery responsibilities and coordination requirements. Your job order should identify the role, exact city and a message explaining the work.
