Kansas City HVAC and Mechanical Construction Recruiter

Gulfstream recruits project managers, superintendents, estimators, service technicians and managers, BAS/controls technicians and VDC/BIM detailers for union and merit-shop commercial mechanical contractors in the metro. Every search is confidential.

How a search works
Send the role, location and scope in the job-order form. It goes straight to your recruiter.
We confirm requirements, pay range and timing on a short intake call.
You see screened candidates with a written summary of each. Your company name stays out of the market until an interview is agreed.
Most searches run on contingency — you pay only when a hire starts — with a 90-day replacement guarantee on contingency placements; retained fees apply only to confidential or executive searches.
Gulfstream is independent of every union. Halls listed are seated in or near the metro; a hall city is not its jurisdiction boundary. Gulfstream searches are direct-hire contractor roles, not hall dispatch.
