Mechanical work in hotel buildings
Guest rooms: Fan coils, PTACs, VRF or water-source heat pumps, and corridor makeup air.
Wet side: Central plants with chillers, boilers and cooling towers serving the tower and the podium.
Plumbing: Large domestic hot water plants with recirculation, booster pumps in towers, and grease waste for kitchens.
