Recruiter — Candidate Engagement
I love exploring new places and immersing myself in diverse cultures. If you're considering a new job or are interested in working at GSP, I'd love to connect and help you find the right opportunity.
Charm Simbol is a recruiter at Gulfstream Strategic Placements, focused on candidate engagement and relationship-building across the commercial mechanical construction industry. Charm spends her time getting to know HVAC, plumbing, and building automation professionals nationwide — understanding their career goals, what their next move should look like, and connecting them with the right hiring teams.
Her strength is the human side of recruiting: thoughtful screening conversations, clear communication, and long-term relationships with candidates who often come back to her years later for their next role.
