Looking for a plumbing recruiter in St. Louis? Gulfstream recruits project managers, estimators, superintendents, service leaders and piping BIM/VDC staff for commercial mechanical contractors. For commercial plumbing contractor jobs in St. Louis, define whether the assignment is major construction, tenant improvement, design-build or service—not residential plumbing staffing.
Current mechanical contractor jobs in St. Louis
$43.75–$52.00/hr across 6 held official local records.
Held source rates before fringes, not Gulfstream job offers or a single HVAC pay scale. Classifications and effective dates differ. Confirm current rates and project jurisdiction with the hall. Gulfstream is independent of these unions; listings do not establish contractor affiliation.
St. Louis's mechanical market includes healthcare, life science and industrial work across the Missouri and Metro East Illinois sides of the region. Gulfstream recruits project managers, superintendents, estimators, service technicians and managers, BAS/controls technicians and VDC/BIM detailers for union and merit-shop commercial mechanical contractors in the metro. Every search is confidential.
Describe the commercial construction, tenant improvement, design-build or service assignment. For project managers, specify buyout, submittals, change orders, cost control and GC coordination. For estimators, identify takeoff, pricing and pre-construction responsibilities.
Include domestic water, water heating, sanitary drainage or other systems actually involved, plus takeoffs, buyout, scheduling, field coordination or service responsibilities. Identify required licenses and certifications for the role and jurisdiction, travel, and the actual work city. Plumbing and hydronic/process piping experience are not automatically interchangeable.
For superintendents, define crew coordination, site safety, installation sequencing and schedule responsibilities. For service managers, describe service territory, customer responsibilities and on-call coverage. Piping BIM/VDC detailers need the actual plumbing or piping scope, coordination platform and fabrication deliverables; do not treat these roles as interchangeable.
Choose the role below, then add your actual work location and a message describing systems, project types, required experience and timeline. A recruiter reviews your requirements through our existing employer inquiry process. No fee to submit.
Gulfstream recruits from its Corona office for union and merit-shop commercial mechanical contractors. Metro coverage does not imply a local office, hall dispatch, a client relationship or a current opening.
