How we source this: posted figures come from active job records in our own applicant tracking system and update as roles open and close — hourly rates are annualized at 2,080 hours. Benchmark figures come from Gulfstream placement data (2024–Q2 2026) adjusted by metro, not from scraped job boards or self-reported surveys. Union scale and fringe are set by the local agreement and are published separately on our local union pay pages. These are observed ranges, not offers — actual compensation depends on scope, backlog, project mix, and licensing.
