Tell us the equipment your team services or starts up: centrifugal or screw chillers, VRF systems, boilers, packaged rooftop units or cooling towers. We screen for manufacturer platforms, startup and commissioning experience, controls troubleshooting, EPA 608 and on-call fit.
Define the territory, product lines, customer base and whether the role is field service, warranty and startup, inside or outside sales, or applications engineering. We screen for product knowledge, contractor and engineer relationships, and the travel the territory requires.
