Extreme summer heat makes cooling uptime critical, so experienced service and chiller techs are always needed.
The Phoenix metro — especially Chandler, Mesa, and Goodyear — is one of the country's busiest data center construction markets. New campuses need mechanical installers, pipefitters, and commissioning techs to build them, and critical facilities technicians, chiller techs, and controls specialists to run them. Phoenix's extreme heat makes cooling uptime the whole job, so experienced commercial HVAC techs are recruited hard here.
