Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Plumber with a Backflow Certification to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have over two years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing, specializing in service and repair within various commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive service and repair tasks on commercial plumbing systems, including diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring long-term reliability.
• Conduct backflow prevention device inspections, testing, and repairs to comply with local and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, clearly explaining issues and the steps needed to resolve them, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is performed by safety standards and local plumbing codes, particularly in high-stakes environments like hospitals and schools.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work, including details of the equipment serviced and parts used, to support efficient workflow and future reference.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing within service and repair departments, particularly in environments such as schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels.
• Must possess a current Backflow Prevention Certification, with proven experience in testing, maintaining, and repairing backflow devices.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to use tools and equipment related to commercial plumbing services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles, particularly within the Phoenix, AZ area, with a reliable, local employment history.
