Responsibilities
Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
Supervise and lead production and dispatch teams, providing training and performance feedback.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent delays.
Implement and uphold safety and compliance standards across production and logistics.
Analyze production and dispatch data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or dispatch coordination, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising production and logistics teams.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production scheduling.
Familiarity with logistics, freight coordination, and inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and dispatch tracking software.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in HVAC manufacturing or similar industry.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols in manufacturing.
Location & Work Environment
