Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems.
  • Experience managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Mechanical Contractor License.
  • LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices.
  • Familiarity with Arizona building codes and regulations.
Location & Work Environment
This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, with work primarily conducted at project sites and in the office. Some travel may be required for client meetings and job inspections.
