Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to keep projects on target.
Prepare and review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Provide on-site support as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in mechanical construction or a related industry.
Understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems within commercial construction.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working on special projects or fast-track mechanical construction jobs.
OSHA 30 certification.
Familiarity with estimating software and mechanical system design.
