Job Title: Construction Manager (Plumbing/HVAC) 
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Overview
We seek an experienced Construction Manager to oversee Plumbing and HVAC mechanical construction projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. In this role, you will lead project teams, ensure efficient execution, and drive high-quality results for commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentored superintendents, supervisors, and field personnel, fostering a strong team environment.
  • Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction management experience, focusing on Plumbing and HVAC.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprints, and construction best practices.
  • Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale mechanical projects.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with LEED-certified projects and sustainability initiatives.
  • Familiarity with local Phoenix building codes and regulations.
