Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales opportunities for commercial HVAC projects, from initial lead generation to completion.
- Develop and present customized HVAC solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, including detailed cost estimates, system options, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure project scopes are aligned, cost-effective, and executed according to customer expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities through local networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Leverage industry knowledge to stay current on commercial HVAC trends, technologies, and market demands, positioning the company as a leader in the local market.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service, with an additional 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, duct work, piping, and ventilation in commercial settings.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD for project planning and estimating.
- A local and stable work history in Riverside, CA, or surrounding areas, demonstrating reliability and deep connections within the community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
