Job Title: Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer

We seek a motivated and experienced Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Orange County.
Position Overview:
The Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer will drive sales and foster strong client relationships within the Orange County area. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing technical expertise, and delivering practical solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing customers in the Orange County region
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for HVAC equipment and related services
- Provide technical consultations, including system design recommendations to meet customer requirements
- Develop and present detailed proposals and sales presentations to customers
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or a related role
- Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
