Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for large commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed HVAC system analysis, including load calculations, energy modeling, and system optimization for efficiency and performance.
- Oversee the installation and integration of HVAC systems with other building systems, coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepared and managed comprehensive project documentation, including schematics, specifications, and design reports, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Participate in value engineering processes to optimize project costs while maintaining system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all HVAC designs and installations meet the required quality standards, codes, and regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- A resident with a stable and verifiable employment history.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale projects.
- Proficient in HVAC design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant industry applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations and system assessments.
- Experience with HVAC estimating software and knowledge of cost-effective design practices.
- In-depth understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
