- Prepare detailed, correct, and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and optimal client outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating within the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business within the HVAC industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
