We seek an experienced and dynamic Commercial HVAC Project Sales/Estimator to join our San Diego, CA team. This pivotal role combines project sales, estimation, and management, driving success in large-scale commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a local and stable work history with extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation or service. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your industry expertise to build client relationships, deliver accurate project estimates, and contribute to the growth of commercial HVAC operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, covering materials, labor, equipment, and project-specific expenses.
  • Identify new business opportunities, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored proposals that align with client goals.
  • Utilize Bluebeam and similar software for efficient project estimation and planning.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure precise and executable project proposals.
  • Build and sustain strong client partnerships, deliver expert HVAC solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on commercial HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial HVAC projects, sales, and estimating.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service contracts.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage and close sales in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Skilled in estimation software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Must demonstrate a local and stable work history and be based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
