Job Title: HVAC Preconstruction & Sales Manager
Location: Orange, CA

Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Preconstruction & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, and sheet metal work, and a strong sales, estimating, and project management background. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and delivering customized solutions for commercial mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering long-term relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the commercial mechanical sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals, including plan and spec bids. Conduct job walks to understand the project scope and requirements in detail.
  • Work closely with project managers, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of mechanical systems projects from conception to completion.
  • Leverage hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal to provide expert recommendations and tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and provide market insights to help drive growth and expansion in the Orange, CA, region.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, or sheet metal work, with strong knowledge of commercial mechanical trades.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion, including labor coordination and oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, proposal development, and estimating for commercial mechanical projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software, such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Strong local candidate with a stable work history in the commercial mechanical construction sector.
