Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed HVAC service sales targets in the commercial market.
- Proactively seek and secure new commercial HVAC clients, expanding the company's market presence.
- Prepare accurate, competitive, detailed estimates for commercial HVAC projects to ensure profitability.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with installation and service teams to guarantee seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow business within the HVAC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build lasting client relationships.
- A local and stable work history is required.
