Key Responsibilities
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed commercial HVAC service sales targets.
Proactively identify and secure new commercial HVAC clients to expand market presence.
Develop accurate, competitive, detailed estimates for commercial HVAC projects to ensure profitability.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued business growth.
Partner with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating, preferably within the commercial sector.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive business growth in the HVAC industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proven to build and sustain client relationships.
A local and stable work history is required.
