Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass commercial HVAC service sales goals.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market to grow the customer base.
- Prepare comprehensive, competitive, and profitable estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- A local and stable work history is required.
