Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, leveraging industry insights to cultivate relationships with contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions for HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and building automation systems.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals, tracking progress through CRM tools and market analysis.
- Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or a related role within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and advanced building automation systems.
- Technical proficiency in tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Demonstrated success in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Local and stable work history showcasing a commitment to the region and the industry.
