Job Title: Senior Alerton Controls Project Manager

Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled Senior Alerton Controls Project Manager to lead complex building automation projects in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of high-performance Alerton BAS solutions, driving efficiency, reliability, and optimal system performance across commercial mechanical environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Alerton BAS projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Supervise the development, programming, commissioning, and integration of Alerton control systems with HVAC equipment and other BAS networks.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior programmers, field technicians, and project staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and contractors, ensuring project goals are met with exceptional quality and technical accuracy.
  • Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to fine-tune BAS performance, enhancing energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational reliability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting Alerton control systems, with strong knowledge of BACnet protocols.
  • A solid understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical controls, and building automation integration is highly desirable. Experience with platforms like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, ALC, and Distech is also highly desirable.
  • Skilled in using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project; familiarity with Trimble AutoBid, Revit, and Navisworks is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple large-scale projects, and mentor technical staff effectively.
  • Preference for candidates with a stable background in the Phoenix, AZ area, reflecting long-term commitment and reliability in previous roles.
