Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for control system implementations, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of systems utilizing BACnet, DDC controls, and leading platforms like Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, and Johnson Controls Metasys.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and technicians to optimize workflows and achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications through rigorous project oversight and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. EIT or PE license is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years in controls or building automation project management, with a stable and local work history.
- Advanced knowledge of BAS platforms, including Tridium Niagara, ALC, Schneider Electric, and Johnson Controls Metasys.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, and BIM tools like Revit and Navisworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam and MS Project for project planning and documentation.
- Industry-related certifications in controls or project management are highly desirable.
