Job Title: Sheet Metal Sales

Job Overview
We seek a driven and knowledgeable Sheet Metal Sales to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is pivotal in fostering client relationships, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of sheet metal solutions for HVAC and mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication, duct work systems, and HVAC technologies, paired with excellent customer service and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing expert advice and tailored sheet metal solutions.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for sheet metal fabrication, duct work, and related components, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with fabrication teams, project managers, and purchasing departments to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, sheet metal innovations, and market demands to provide competitive and up-to-date solutions.
  • Address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Document all customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; advanced training or certifications in sheet metal, HVAC systems, or mechanical construction are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales within the sheet metal, HVAC, or mechanical construction industry, preferably in an inside or outside sales role.
  • Deep understanding of sheet metal fabrication, duct work systems, and related HVAC technologies.
  • Familiarity with quoting and design tools such as Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, or similar software is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Based in Las Vegas, NV, with a stable and reliable work history demonstrating commitment and professionalism.
