Position: Full-Time Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule commercial HVAC service calls, ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.
Interface directly with clients, technicians, and internal teams to provide seamless communication and service.
Manage the daily dispatch of technicians based on priority and location.
Prepare and distribute work orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and available.
Monitor service call progress, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and meet company standards.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, technician schedules, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the service manager and team to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
Resolve any service-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance service quality.
Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Service Coordinator, preferably within the HVAC industry.
Must be a local applicant.
Stable work history showcasing reliability and commitment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service processes.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
