Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with HVAC and clean room construction expertise to lead complex mechanical projects in the vibrant San Francisco market. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with stringent clean room and HVAC industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring technical mastery, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of HVAC and clean room construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Supervise the design, installation, and commissioning of advanced HVAC systems, such as chillers, boilers, piping, and medical gas systems, with a strong focus on cleanroom compliance and building automation integration.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, clean room standards, and local mechanical construction regulations.
  • Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in commercial mechanical construction, with a specialization in HVAC and clean room project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, clean room technologies, and building automation platforms, including Tridium Niagara, Alerton, Johnson Controls Metasys, and more.
  • Expert-level skills in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Project, and Trimble AutoBid.
  • Demonstrated stable work history within the San Francisco, CA area, with familiarity with regional building codes and industry trends.
