Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Commercial HVAC & Plumbing
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary
We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience managing complex projects, including hospitals, data centers, schools, airports, high-rises, hotels, and arenas. This role requires a local professional with a stable work history, extensive industry knowledge, and a solid educational background in mechanical engineering or construction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led and managed large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects were delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols, maintaining the highest level of artistry.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, focusing on large-scale projects such as hospitals, data centers, and high-rises.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Prior field experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Must be a local candidate with a stable work history, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Phoenix construction market.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, and oversee complex project logistics.
