Job Summary
We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience managing complex projects, including hospitals, data centers, schools, airports, high-rises, hotels, and arenas. This role requires a local professional with a stable work history, extensive industry knowledge, and a solid educational background in mechanical engineering or construction management.
Key Responsibilities
Led and managed large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects were delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols, maintaining the highest level of artistry.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, focusing on large-scale projects such as hospitals, data centers, and high-rises.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Prior field experience in a similar role is highly valued.
Must be a local candidate with a stable work history, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Phoenix construction market.
Proficient in industry-standard software including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, and oversee complex project logistics.
