We seek a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This role suits a local candidate with extensive expertise in managing large-scale commercial and military construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites, particularly military bases, hospitals, schools, and high-rises.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
To maintain accurate project documentation and schedules, utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Qualifications
A local and stable work history in Honolulu, HI.
Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in commercial and military construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent field experience.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management and construction software tools.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
