Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Coordinate with project engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet high-quality standards and safety protocols.
Direct the installation and integration of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in project management, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial mechanical construction.
Skilled in project management tools like MS Project and Bluebeam; adept in mechanical design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Comprehensive knowledge of building automation systems (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Schneider Electric).
A local and stable San Francisco Bay Area work history is required.
