Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate with project engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet high-quality standards and safety protocols.
- Direct the installation and integration of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in project management, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial mechanical construction.
- Skilled in project management tools like MS Project and Bluebeam; adept in mechanical design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building automation systems (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Schneider Electric).
- A local and stable San Francisco Bay Area work history is required.
