Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, from pre-construction through completion.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project objectives.
- Oversee installations of advanced mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
- Leverage industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project for detailed planning, progress tracking, and accurate reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction sector project management, specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, with demonstrated ability to create and manage complex project schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven success managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments.
- Stable and local work history in Orange County, CA, showcasing long-term professional commitments.
