Responsibilities
Install, Maintain, and Repair: Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment efficiently.
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service and support to clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.
Certification: EPA universal certification is required.
Driving Record: Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining large tonnage HVAC equipment.
