We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service/Project Sales professional to manage high-priority client relationships, oversee service calls, and drive new business development. This role combines technical HVAC expertise with sales and customer management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for high-priority clients, addressing their needs and ensuring top-tier service.
- Manage and review high-priority service calls, quotes, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling HVAC services to existing and new clients.
- Work with internal teams to fulfill client requests and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide oversight for urgent service calls outside of regular business hours.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
- 5+ years in a management role in an office environment.
- Strong skills in client management, sales, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with software such as Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo, and Microsoft Office.
- HVAC industry certifications are a plus.
