We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service/Project Sales professional in Riverside, CA. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, overseeing high-priority service calls, and driving business development. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in commercial HVAC systems and a proven sales and project management track record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact, addressing needs and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee high-priority service calls and ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Lead business development efforts by meeting sales KPIs and generating new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and process improvements.
  • Manage an Account Coordinator and oversee contract updates and renewals.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
  • 5+ years in management with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems like chillers, boilers, and automation systems.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency in Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • HVAC certifications are preferred.
