Job Overview
We seek a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager (HVAC/Clean Room) to lead the execution of specialized projects in San Jose, CA. This role demands a skilled professional with extensive experience in HVAC systems, clean room construction, and the intricacies of the mechanical construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC and clean room projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Work with engineering teams to analyze designs, resolve air flow systems, HVAC, and filtration challenges, and maintain compliance with clean room specifications.
Establish strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring procurement meets project requirements.
Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost efficiency and financial integrity.
Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations while maintaining accurate project records.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of proven project management experience in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction projects.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
