Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, scheduling, and management of all phases of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
Partner with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and resolve technical challenges related to clean room air flow, filtration systems, and specialized HVAC designs.
Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities to ensure all project materials and services meet stringent requirements.
Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports to maintain fiscal accountability and transparency.
Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction project management.
Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Demonstrated local and stable work history within the San Francisco, CA region.
