Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and management of all phases of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Partner with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and resolve technical challenges related to clean room air flow, filtration systems, and specialized HVAC designs.
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities to ensure all project materials and services meet stringent requirements.
  • Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports to maintain fiscal accountability and transparency.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction project management.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history within the San Francisco, CA region.
