Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle for HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize designs, resolve air flow, HVAC, and filtration system challenges, and ensure strict adherence to clean room specifications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate procurement and delivery of project materials and services.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide detailed financial forecasts to maintain cost control and project profitability.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction projects.
  • Skilled in industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a solid understanding of regional industry practices and standards.
