Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC and sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Local to the San Jose/Bay Area.
- Stable work history with a proven track record in mechanical project management.
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing HVAC and sheet metal projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal work, and mechanical project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
