Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to identify and fulfill commercial plumbing and HVAC procurement needs.
Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain competitive bids and secure essential materials and equipment.
Manage subcontract agreements, ensuring all contracts are finalized before project initiation.
Maintain an expediting log to track equipment delivery times, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC purchasing.
