We seek a seasoned Plumbing Project Executive to lead our commercial plumbing division and join our vibrant and innovative team.
Location: San Jose, CA - Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the San Jose area permanently.
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License in California.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in commercial plumbing engineering, preconstruction, project management, and leadership.
- A stable work history is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Lead preconstruction efforts, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and planning.
- Develop and manage a high-performance team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serve as the principal liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and advanced project management methodologies to ensure project success.
- Review and interpret contracts, architectural plans, and specifications.
- Drive business growth through networking, client relationship management, and business development activities.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
