Key Qualifications
A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
Professional Engineering (PE) License in California.
A minimum of 18 years of experience in commercial plumbing engineering, preconstruction, project management, and leadership.
A stable work history is essential.
Core Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
Lead preconstruction efforts, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and planning.
Develop and manage a high-performance team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
Serve as the principal liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Implement best practices and advanced project management methodologies to ensure project success.
Review and interpret contracts, architectural plans, and specifications.
Drive business growth through networking, client relationship management, and business development activities.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
