We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Commercial/Industrial Piping Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will have a stable work history, with a minimum of 12 years of expertise in commercial and industrial piping installation, progressing through roles such as foreman and superintendent. This position is crucial for overseeing large-scale piping projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of commercial and industrial piping installation projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including foremen and crews, to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and optimize workflow.
Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
Evaluate and procure necessary materials and equipment to support project needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Address and resolve challenges that may arise during project execution, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or certification is a plus.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial/industrial piping installation, progressing through foreman and superintendent roles.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale piping projects.
In-depth knowledge of the Phoenix construction market and local regulations.
