Job Title: Mechanical Foreman/Special Projects Project Manager
Location: Riverside, CA

Job Summary
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Foreman/Special Projects Project Manager to join our Riverside team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fieldwork, commercial HVAC service, and project management, with a progression from hands-on work to overseeing projects. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage special HVAC and mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Manage daily field operations, including overseeing the work of sheet metal and pipefitter installers.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and building owners to meet project goals and specifications.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to service/maintenance phases.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced technical training or certification in HVAC, mechanical systems, or project management is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and mechanical fieldwork, including sheet metal and pipe fitting installations.
  • Experience managing applied mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, and piping systems in commercial environments.
  • Proven project management experience, including overseeing project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • A stable work history with local candidates is preferred.
