The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients to address their HVAC needs.
- Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
- Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues and developing solutions to improve system performance.
- Must be located in Orange County, CA.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with large tonnage HVAC systems such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- A stable work history with proven reliability and experience in commercial HVAC is required.
