Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Orange County, CA. This role suits an experienced professional with a solid background in commercial mechanical HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients to address their HVAC needs.
Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues and developing solutions to improve system performance.
Qualifications
Must be located in Orange County, CA.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with large tonnage HVAC systems such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Must have a clean driving record.
A stable work history with proven reliability and experience in commercial HVAC is required.
