Job Title: Industrial Site Safety Coordinator

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Site Safety Coordinator to join our team at our HVAC manufacturing facility in Orange, CA. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, ensuring all employees follow industry safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
Lead safety training sessions for employees on proper procedures, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, Cal/OSHA, NFPA, and EPA compliance requirements.
Experience conducting safety training and maintaining safety documentation.
Ability to assess workplace hazards and implement effective safety solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a safety-first culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software.
Nice-to-Haves
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30, or other safety-related certifications.
Experience in HVAC manufacturing or industrial production environments.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Location & Work Environment
Based in Orange, CA, at our HVAC manufacturing facility.
This is an on-site role with regular interaction across various departments and production areas.
Must be comfortable working in an industrial setting with occasional exposure to loud machinery and environmental factors.
