Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, primarily focusing on industrial duct systems.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging product innovations to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals addressing client-specific needs, driving value, and ensuring project success.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial duct systems sales or a closely related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of duct systems, fabrication processes, and relevant industry applications.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey technical solutions and value propositions.
- Stable work history with a solid understanding of the Los Angeles market and its unique client base.
